Check out what I concocted today that knocked my socks off and rocked my world…
Divine Cocoa-Blueberry Pudding
Place in high-speed blender and blend until smooth.
- 1 avocado
- 1 cup frozen blueberries
- 5-6 ounces coconut yogurt (CoYo brand)
- 1 Tablespoon unsweetened cocoa
- 5-6 drops liquid stevia
I love the sour notes from the yogurt, though culinary coconut cream would do just as well.
Can we possibly marry deliciousness with nutrient density any more exquisitely?
